The owner of this pharmacy and the staff are the most kind people. They deliver the personal service that feels like an old fashioned home town business. This kind of service is lost with cold, impersonal, big chain pharmacies. I needed a medication on a Friday night just before they closed & my insurance was messed up. The owner allowed me to call my insurance and straighten it all out AFTER they closed. It only took 20-25 mins but the owner let me stay saying, “I have to be here to do paperwork anyway”. He was kind, understanding, and accommodating. He even informed me of an alternative medication since my current one has spotty availability. This is the best pharmacy in the DMV and I’ll go here whenever possible. FYI, I had to drive 1hr to get here and would do it again in a heartbeat for the fantastic service and professionalism provided.

I love Purcellville Pharmacy. They have gone out of their way to fill a prescription for me that was hard to get. Also, the nurse who does their immunizations is so sweet, personable and does a great job caring for people who come in for shots. Highly recommend!

This is a small locally owned business who take pride in the good care they provide to their patients and patrons. Even with the smaller space than the big stores in town, I pretty universally get my prescription much faster than any of the big operations. The staff knows my face and name, and always have a friendly word. I recommend this store without reservation.

Purcellville Pharmacy has never let me down and they always let you know when prescriptions are ready or if they need more info. They are all kind and easy to work with and they also bring in great nurses for all the vaccinations they offer. For one of the 1st times in my life I have nothing negative to say about a pharmacy.

This is hands down the best pharmacy in town. I will never go to Walgreens again. It’s a nice little shop and easier access. I called to confirm that they received my prescription the other weeks, and they asked when I needed it by. That’s just the kind of service you don’t receive anymore these days. Plus, walking in there is much faster than going through the drive through elsewhere. The family that owns it is also very friendly and customer oriented. I love that they acknowledge everyone when they walk in as well. Their communication is top notch. And even though they’re working hard and hustling, they still treat everyone with kindness and patience. It’s nice to have a family owned pharmacy in town and am very glad I made the switch recently.

The pharmacists and the staff are amazing. They're alert, (meaning) they pay attention to what you need by checking the notes in ther system and, by checking with the pharmacists and of course, by checking with the patient. They check to make sure you're not allergic to the medication. If you are they go out of ther way to find a comparable medication. Then they call your Doctor to inform them of the problem. This time, they worked together to come up with a reasonable solution. I just love this pharmacy. If they can help you in any way, they will. This time, I needed a new prescription. This was a simple task for them and they made sure it was done today

The Purcellville Pharmacy Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always available to answer questions or give a vaccine shot. They always have my monthly refills ready; I am in and out. Stop by and browse their Occasion Card selection! It's great. Exceptional friendly service by an experienced team!

Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone here hustles and remains respectful and cheerful. Not easy at ALL. I’ve seen some nastay customers. Keep it up pville pharmacy!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this pharmacy is! One of their technicians, Jessy, is simily amazing. He is kind, patient, and was able to answer every question I had. I took far more time asking questions than is normal because the situation was complicated and Jessy was always 100% ok with this. I would recommend this pharmacy over the big chains in a heartbeat!
